By placing an order with Faith & Wishes, you confirm that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss an alternative, arrange a replacement or issue a full refund where appropriate.
Many of our products are made to order, meaning they are created specifically for you once your order has been placed. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer a wider range of designs and products.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If payment has already been taken, you will receive a full refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept secure payment through the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order can be processed.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible to explain the situation and discuss your options. If payment has already been taken for an incorrectly priced item that cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund.
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes or special offers. Unless otherwise stated, these cannot be combined and are subject to their own terms.

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Many of our products are made to order or produced especially for you once your order has been placed. Production and delivery times may therefore vary depending on the product and the time of year.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Whilst we will always do our best to ensure your order arrives promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our production partners, couriers, adverse weather, customs (where applicable), industrial action or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
