At Faith & Wishes, every item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, our returns policy is a little different from traditional retail — but we always aim to be fair, transparent, and kind.
Made-to-Order Products
All Faith & Wishes products are printed on demand. This means items are created only after an order is placed, helping to reduce waste and support more sustainable practices.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
When getting in touch, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos showing the fault or damage
Once reviewed, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund, where appropriate
There is no need to return faulty items unless specifically requested.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
