How your order will arrive
At Faith & Wishes, every item is made especially for you. Because of this, your order may sometimes arrive in more than one parcel.
Please don’t worry – this is completely normal for print-on-demand businesses and simply reflects how your items are produced behind the scenes.
Why might items ship separately?
Some Faith & Wishes products are created by different specialist printers, depending on the item type. For example:
- Adult Apparel
- Kids Apparel
- Accessories (such as blankets or homeware)
To ensure the best quality, sizing options, and ethical production, certain products are made by different suppliers. When this happens, items may be dispatched separately and may arrive on different days.
Will I be charged extra for this?
No 💛
You will not be charged extra because items ship separately.
Shipping costs are calculated clearly at checkout, and any split shipments are handled on our side – not yours.
Delivery times
All Faith & Wishes items are made to order.
In rare cases, a specific size or colour may become temporarily unavailable during production. If this causes a delay, we’ll contact you promptly to arrange a full refund.
Once your order has been produced, it will be dispatched as soon as possible. As every item is made to order, production and delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product and supplier.
If your order is split between suppliers, different parcels may arrive on different days. This is completely normal and helps us offer a wider range of products while maintaining quality.
You may also receive more than one dispatch notification if items ship separately.
